General Shareholders' Meeting 2020

The General Shareholders' Meeting is the governing body of ACCIONA for matters within its remit in accordance with applicable law.

Board of Directors

The mission of the Board of Directors of ACCIONA is to foster social interest by representing the company and its stockholders in the administration of its assets, the management of its businesses and organizational structure.

Management Team

It is the responsibility of the Management Team to assist the Executive Chairman and CEO or, failing that, ACCIONA's senior management to monitor the group's ordinary business management and to coordinate the activities of the different divisions and units it is comprised of.
